My stay at the hotel was quite unpleasant. I experienced several issues, including getting stuck in the lift for an extended period and dealing with an unhelpful owner who displayed a lack of professionalism. The room cleanliness and amenities were subpar, with no hot water and malfunctioning lights. Although the room service was prompt, it doesn't compensate for the overall poor experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel as it stands.
